    做领导的艺术

    作为一个领导,应该注意的几点:
    1.做某件工作之前,应该多听取具体执行人员的意见。比如工作中将会碰到的困难与意外,以及相应的对策,避免因事先估计不足而横生枝节。
    2.对下属批评时要就事论事,尽量少从工作态度方面直接批评,更不能动不动用扣奖金滚蛋走人之类的话语恐吓。
    3.应该设身处地地考虑下属在工作中碰到的困难,而不应用自己的领导身份去考虑实际情形,毕竟具体工作是由手下人来干的。
    4.应该奖勤罚懒,而不应该使部门内干活越多的人挨骂也越多。
